Nasim is passionate about real estate and based in York Region, with a strong desire to help others find their dream home. Her extensive professional and educational background has equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to fully protect her clients’ interests when purchasing or selling property. She currently holds her Mortgage License and has earned the designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Her experience includes residential, commercial, and pre-construction sales, representing both builders and purchasers, as well as resale transactions. She is also a strong advocate for giving back to the community. She donates a portion of every completed transaction to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and the Alzheimer Society of Canada. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, practicing yoga, meditating, spending time with her dog and family, and loves travelling and exploring new places and adventures.
